A moment of silence, please

Guess what I just did. Guess. I dare you.

Well, you aren't going to guess, so I am going to tell you.

The following 2 pictures are taken from one spot in my house.

Today at approximately 4:15 pm, I took my groceries from my car, walked about 8 feet, and put them in the kitchen.

I know! Shocking!

Let me back up and tell you why this is a big deal.

For the last two years, I have had to walk from a detached car port, across a parking lot, down a hallway, and up 2 flights of stairs with groceries in my hands. For one and a half of those years, I was also pregnant, trying to lug milk, oj, and other pregnancy necessities like chocolate ice cream, 4 miles, uphill.

Today, I experienced something amazing. I walked in the house, set the groceries down, and I wasn't sweating, I wasn't out of breath, and my ice cream wasn't melted.

I had to have a moment of silence. It truly was an amazing experience.

Okay, one more thing before I go. Check out my amazing table that Jeff bought me and put together last night. Believe it or not, it is a Wal-Mart special. I am proud to say it. I am not ashamed. My new table is awesome. Jeff is going to put together the chairs tonight for me. They are also awesome.
